Weatherford provides the software at no cost to our customers. In order to ensure our customers get the highest level of service, and to protect Weatherford intellectual property, we require that you provide us with your information so we can reasonably qualify you as a Weatherford customer.
Additionally, using the information you provide allows us to send you a copy of the license agreement that you agree to by using the software.
Lastly, by activating the software, we can insure that you receive optimal support in case you have any questions or problems while using the software. After the activation, you will be able to send support requests via email.
